Happy Birthday to my good friend

Jan 31 Chito is 14 years old. The pic shows him doing what he does best. Even at his advanced age, he still acts like a pup a lot. He is healthy, happy, and a joy. I've considered him for many years now a special gift from God, and enjoy every day I can have with him.

An Amazing Thing

Had something very cool happen to me tonite on the way home from work. It was dark and stormy. Rain coming down in buckets here and there. I came around a big bend in the hiway and was confronted with the most brilliant rainbow I had ever seen. My route took me right toward the end of it and I was able to take in the magnificent sight for several miles. Then the most amazing thing happened! I drove thru the part of the rainbow that met the ground. This had never happened to me before. It was kind of a golden glow for a split second as I went thru it. I'm grateful for the experience of being that close to something God created for us as a reminder of a promise.

Its Been a While

Hey, we is still here!! I have missed doing this. Trevor opened this part of our world back up and here we are. Lots of things have happened since Trav's 31st BDay. But we keep plugging along as a family. Ty, Trevor and I had a blast down in Oklahoma 3 weeks ago hunting hogs. Ty shot a monster. I got a nice sized one. The rest were smaller but very tasty. Trevor even got his first 2 piggies!! We got 9 in all between the 3 of us. Travis will be with us next time we do this. My grandkids are growing up. It amazes me every time I see them. Dylan will be starting school this fall. Emmy is.... well Emmy. A bundle of pure energy that can't be harnessed in any way, shape, or form. And she is the prettiest 2 yr old in the world of course. Hanna and Ash scare me. They are getting so big and beautiful. I guess thats what they are supposed to do though. Maybe I'll get some new pics of them soon and put up here.
